Food has always been a visceral part of my life, with two passionate Italian parents who loved to cook and experiment with different styles of food, but particularly Italian and Mediterranean dishes. Tuscany was born in 2003 in Castletroy, Co Limerick by my mama Maria Gennaro and myself. We had passion, drive, vision and a massive desire to cook delicious food in a beautiful environment, served by a personable and welcoming team that is the Tuscany family. Tuscany Killaloe came about in 2012 and within one year doubled in size. Our business has grown from strength to strength and that is truly down to our amazing customers. Over 10 years ago we started a catering division which services both the corporate and domestic sector and we branched out into our own salad dressing range, which our fabulous customers insisted on taking home.
